How do I confirm my booking?
After completing payment via Bankily, Masrvi, or Sedad Bank, upload a screenshot of your receipt in the app. We'll confirm your booking via WhatsApp within a few hours.
What is the payment reference number for?
Include the reference number shown in the app when making your bank transfer. It's how we identify your payment and match it to your booking.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Contact us via WhatsApp with your booking code and we'll process your cancellation. Hotels marked "Free cancellation" are refunded in full.
Which currencies are accepted?
All prices are displayed in Mauritanian Ouguiya (MRU). Exchange rates from USD and EUR are updated regularly by our team.
How do I change the app language?
Go to the Profile tab, tap Language under Preferences, and tap again to cycle through English, French, and Arabic.
